Like That Time GWAR Was On Code Name: Kids Next Door

By celticfrostedflakes

it’s not very often a cartoon geared for 7 year-olds veers off into the realm of metal, but that’s exactly what happened on this episode of Code Name: Kids Next Door. GWAR (credited as RAWG) provide the music for episode “operation f.o.o.d.f.i.t.e” aka Fiendish Old Ogre’s Food Is Thrown Everywhere.

the episode begins in the cafeteria where the kids are hassled by the lunch lady, who is trying to make them fat, by feeding them all this shit food. they did a great job of adjusting the lyrics to Techno Destructo and Gor Gor to make it fit with a kids theme. this is a better crossover than that time Dave Mustaine appeared on Duck Dodgers. this was one musical episode that kept my attention for the duration. simply awesome!
