Sara Jay comes in with just one match under her belt. it was a victory over Samantha Sin, in week 31. her size EEE breasts smothered Mz. Sin, landing her a first-round bye, and the #7 seed. what she lacks in offensive skillset, she makes up for with her ability to simply overwhelm opponents with her physical size.
Mahina Zaltana may just be the best pure rookie to come out of season 8. our girl, Ariel X, told us that Mahina is the real deal, and will be a future star in this business. after losing both of her regular season matches, Mahina defeated Serena Blair in the first round. all that training is starting to pay off.
history was made on this day! for the first time in Ultimate Surrender’s storied history, we had a round where neither wrestler managed to score a point. despite giving up a 35 lb. weight advantage, Mahina fought back from an early deficit, and managed to control the pace in round 2. round 3 was a struggle for control, but no points scored, in what was the lowest-scoring match, in the five years of Summer Vengeance. Mahina becomes the lowest-seed (12) to advance to the 1/4 final round, since Devi Lynne did it, back in 2006. the bad news for Mahina, is that she draws Darling next. the round of 8 kicks off next week as the OG of Ultimate Surrender, Dragon Lily, squares off against the queen of the mid-carders, Bella Rossi.
Matt officially confirmed that Dia Zerva will not be able to compete in Summer Vengeance. this means we will get the huepow special, Ariel X vs. Cheyenne Jewel, in the 1/2 final round. no word yet on what will replace the Dia vs. Cheyenne match, that was scheduled for August 19. keep watching this space for further updates…
